Thursday,  March 19 from 8-11am in Aztec/Hopi. Your sponsorship incudes one (1) 6' tabletop, two (2) chairs and a wastebasket.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Please mail packages to the Wigwam Resort labeled as outlined below.   Please plan for packages to arrive on or after Friday, March 13, 2020 due to limited storage.

BREAKDOWN: 
Friday, March 20 after 3pm break and should conclude by 6pm.
 
To expedite the process for outbound shipments, please affix a prepaid or completed carrier airbill with your FedEx or UPS account number to each package.  Boxes with these prepaid labels  that are completely sealed may be left at your exhibit  tables and the Resort will pick-up and facilitate the shipment.
